Finance And Accounting Manager

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar role in a
distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
-Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or the ability to work within structured systems
and processes.
-Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented
environment.
-Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to
detail.
-Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
-Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to
non-financial stakeholders.
-A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving business
landscape.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
of financial results.
-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with company
goals.
-Implement and maintain strong financial controls, systems, and processes in line with EOS
principles.
-Analyze financial performance, monitor key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations
to senior leadership.
-Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
-Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditure to support operational efficiency and
growth.
-Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and financial discipline across the
organization.
-Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, providing insights into profitability, cost
management, and opportunities for improvement.
