Finance And Accounting Manager

Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar role in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.

? Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

? Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or the ability to work within structured systems and processes.

? Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

? Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

? Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

? Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

? A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving business landscape.
