We are urgently looking for: Finance & Accounting Manager

Shift: Day shift
Set-up: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per month)
Location: MOA, Pasay

Job Description

Sets the team's direction in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)Maintains and periodically reviews and reports team's performance metricsKeeps track of the group's individual and overall utilization and ensures that workloads are evenly distributed among team membersEnsures BCP is in placeReviews and monitors the complete documentation of team's processesConducts regular 1:1 coaching with Corporate Finance Leads and skip level discussions with Finance Specialists and Associates
Qualifications

In-depth understanding of corporate and general accounting principlesExcellent English, oral and written, communication skillsAbility to manage, motivate, and develop a dynamic team composed of Associates, Specialists, and LeadsMust be highly organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectivelyMust be proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player with high initiative and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metricsAbility to use intermediate to advanced Excel functionalities (e.g. pivot, concatenate, Vlook-up, basic macro)
Education and Experience

Bachelor's/College Degree in AccountancyCertified Public Accountant preferred but not required5 years of relevant work experience leading a team and in corporate or general accounting functionMust be able to work on a hybrid arrangement in our Pasay Office
