Ensure complete, accurate & timely maintenance of the following Finance and Accounting functions:
Accounts Payable and Credit Cards
Timely and accurate processing of company's invoices in Netsuite
Processing of new vendors in Netsuite
Coordination with stakeholders on the correct GL account used for invoice processing
Substantiation of credit card expenses by coordinating with employees and uploading details in Netsute
Financial Data Generation and Compilation
Timely and accurate generation of financial data for various stakeholder and management purposes
Assist in compilation of financial data for external/internal audit purposes
Generate financial information from various finance and accounting systems to assist management in creation of metrics and dashboards for Manila and Global perspective
Preparation and assessment of the manual deposits (money-in) process
Daily inputting of manual deposits in client's accounts
Processing of credit adjustments and goodwill in client's accounts
Processing and crediting of bounced withdrawal from client's accounts
Coordination with customer support and stakeholders on inquiries related to manual deposits
Adhoc Tasks
Assist with ad-hoc analysis tasks as required by the Finance Director
Able to take on newly migrated tasks and functions as directed by Manila and Global management

Graduate of any Accounting or Finance course
1-3 years BPO experience doing Finance or Banking task
Knowledge of common accounting procedures and compliance frameworks
Finance or accounting experience including interaction with corporate and business unit management offshore and onshore.
Working experience in the accounts payable process, financial reconciliations and reporting
Attention to fine detail and ability to work in a fast paced working environment
Good English communication both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (e.g.
Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g.
Netsuite, Blackline, Oracle)
Background in online sports betting industry a plus
Shifting work schedule
Willing to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig
