Job Summary:The Financial Reporting Group is handling 11 ALP companies (BGWest, AHI, RLC, SPI, AKL, ALSI, ALPI, OLC, Westcreek, Woodcrest and AIEFI), ALP projects in ALI (220 profit centers in our books) and JVCos with SLMG and Vismin (Parklinks, Alvierra Park Estates, Azuela).Deliverables include analysis of accounts and Financial Statement (FS) preparation of individual companies, monthly submission to ALI-Corporate of FS and schedules , regular monthly closing activities (Sales report, Revenue recognition, P&L closing, Balance Sheet closing), Year-end financial audit, statutory reporting with SEC and BIR and other tasks like Project Close-out, analysis of accounts for savings initiative, Cathay Land marketing account handling, verification and approval of Amicassa prepared RCPs related to refund, sales tax, etc.,Specific Duties & Responsibilities:1. Analysis of accounts and monthly closing activities Monthly settlement of Project Cost to Reserve2. Sales Report for ALP subs, Revenue Recognition, P&L Closing of ALP subsidiaries, Balance sheet closing of ALP projects in ALI-parent and JV companies and Pre-closing activites (DOE and GAE of ALP subs and ALI).3. Statutory Financial reporting (SEC and BIR) including Income Tax Return preparation4. Analysis and preparation of monthly financial statements. Ensures Accounting Standards are adhered to5. Primarily responsible during interim and year-end financial audit (preparation of schedules, coordination with auditors, and completion of other audit requirements)6. Identify new/possible process improvements that could benefit the organization7. Support for project close out activity analysis8.
