Roles and Responsibilities
- Doing Payables
- Tenant Receivables
- Rent billing
- Resolving inaccuracies in vendor and tenant accounts
- Doing Bank Reconciliations
- Various government filings
- Preparing accounting reports to send to the company's accountant for tax preparation
- Entering general ledger entries
- Doing payroll
- Knowledge in double-entry bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English
- High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizing skills
- Strong ability to follow directions and multitask
- Proficiency in a computer (tech-savvy)
