Finance & Admin Supervisor

**Summary of Job Description**:

- Supervises daily activities of General Accounting, Admin, Logistics and Marketing Department.
- Conducts performance review of subordinates and crafts Key Performance Indicators for each staff.
- Monitor and manages daily transactions and ensure operational needs are dealt immediately.
**Job Qualifications**:

- With people management experience.
- Has understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management, sales target, etc.
- Preferably with proven experience in strategic planning, people management, conflict management etc.
- Proven knowledge on operations management, operating standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Willing to travel to different business locations
