Finance & Admin Assistant Manager (46827) - Silang Cavite

Salary: 30,000 - 70,000With alternate Saturday scheduleQUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree holder- At least 3 years experience with finance and accounting as a Supervisor or Manager- Knows general accounting- Has experience working in a manufacturing company- Willing to work Cavite onsite- Has experience working in a Japanese companyRESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage and assist the Finance & Administration Manager in overseeing the Accounting department.- Support the Finance & Administration Manager in providing timely and reliable reports to the President/Managing Director and headquarters (both periodic and ad-hoc).- Ensure compliance with reporting and payment requirements to government agencies, such as BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), local governments (Dasmarinas, Silang), and other relevant authorities.- Handle tax-related matters, including preparation, filing, and payment of taxes by BIR regulations.- Gather financial data and analyze it to provide accurate forecasts, budget reports, and cost analysis.- Monitor and control costs, and propose improvements to enhance cost efficiency in company operations.- Conduct internal audits of financial processes and transactions to ensure sound internal controls.- Continuously improve processes to increase team efficiency.- Develop and train Finance & Administration staff to work effectively.- Serve as the department's representative to the ISO and EMS committees.- Other needed tasks.
