Job description
Finance and admin Assistant's main responsibility is to finance the overall cash handling and expense monitoring, purchasing of supplies, keep receipts and maintain proper cash balance.
Key Responsibilities:

Handles the processing of Payment Request to be forwarded to Finance & Accounting Department.
Provides general administrative and clerical support including email, scan and copying to management, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system, opening, sorting and distribution of incoming correspondences, performing data entry.
Performs other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements

Candidate must be a bachelor's degree graduate of Office Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Must have at least 1 to 2 years' experience in the administrative field
Good verbal and written communication skills
People oriented and results driven.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
