A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
*A Certified Public Accountant
*Over 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting and Finance positions
*At least 2 years in supervisory level
1.
Designs policies, protocols and systems for collection and disbursement section of the Finance Division.
2.
Ensures credibility of Finance & Disbursement Sections by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
3.
Directs, oversees and manages all aspects of Finance functions of the organization.
4.
Establishes strong relationships with senior managers so as to identify their division's needs and seek full range of business solutions.
5.
Manages processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
6.
Provides recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
7.
Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable national and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
8.
Maintains up-to-date records of the various company funds.
9.
Prepares and updates reports such as the Master Budget, Revenue Budget, Expenses Budget, Departmental Budget, Income Statement Projection, Cash Flow Projections and other reports which may be requested by the Chief Finance Officer and the General Manager.
10.
Reviews and approves Disbursements and Requests for Payment
**Salary**: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
