Our business is growing and we would like to take you along with us. We are a Cebu-based corporation primarily engaged in real estate development and we are looking for young, hardworking individuals who aim to succeed.

 

FINANCE / ACCOUNTING MANAGER

 

Qualifications:
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least five (5) years supervisory or managerial experience preferably in the construction and/ or real estate industry;
Must be adept in financial planning and management;
Must be able to produce and generate short to

long-term business plans, fund projections, and feasibility studies;Must have adequate competence in managing internal control and financial systems and models;
Must be honest, well-organized, hardworking, dedicated, and highly motivated;
Must have initiative, good leadership skills, and a team player;
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Experience in dealing with government agencies is desired but is not absolutely necessary.

A passion for learning and growth is likewise essential. Knowledge of the real estate industry and its trends is desirable, as well as demonstrated experience in networking and relationship building.
