This job ensures that all agency related systems are properly administered and maintained by providing the necessary support functions including but not limited to requirements on analysis, requirement preparations and documentations, user system testing and deployment activities, project management and end user information cascade.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
(1) Administer monthly maintenance requirements for compensation systems of agency and other distribution channels including but not limited to Agency Compensation System (ACS- Glory and Lifelines), Job Entry Tracking Tool (JETT), Statement of Account (SOA), and Agents Retirement and Annuity Plan (ARAP).
This monthly maintenance requirement is needed to ensure correct computation of agency compensations and incentives.
Should evaluate and report any findings or inconsistencies from the expected output of the system.
(2) Provide user system specification and perform user testing review function to support new product installation.
This function ensures that commission and other related incentive resulting from the new product is accurately computed and credited to agents.
(3) Analyze system requirements and prepare user system specification enhancement proposals as needed.
(4) Ensure user testing and other relevant are properly documented and completed within agreed timeline.
Provide training and user manuals as needed.
(5) Provide relevant data or statistics related to Agency Compensation.
Generate reports as required or needed by management.
(6) Provide support and active participation for any ASG initiative related to process improvements, system enhancements and statistical reporting.

Through extensive user testing of new products and agency compensation system installation and enhancements, the job function primarily ensures that correct agency commission and other compensation will be reflected and paid accurately and on a timely basis to the agents.
Should likewise be able to assist in the generation of relevant statistical data to aid management in expense analysis and decision making as far as agency is concerned.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
- Education - Graduate of B.S.Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related course
- Experience - At least 1 year of relevant work experience
