Final Test Line Sustaining Set-Up/Repair Technician-Pmee

Will Perform machine set-up and repair of Tester, Handler, Test Hardware and Burn-In Board. • Basic to extensive knowledge in mechanical and electronic theories
Familiar with electronic, and mechanical tools and instruments such as multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope, microscope, and other similar equipment.Can perform basic set-up low yield verification, problem isolation and data distribution analysis.Can interpret basic to complex schematic diagram and handler block diagram.Knowledgeable on standard/Correlation/Calibration unit generation.Knowledgeable in MUBA/Index Time and can perform package conversion (QFP/TSSOP/QFN)Hands-on set-up and repair experience on Eagle Test system (E088/E300 and E364) and handler (Rasco2000/ Rasco2000DT / MT9510 ).Can perform socket and component replacement of Burn-In boards.Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office and Microsoft excel.
