Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Leader to oversee our Shared Services team in Cebu, Philippines. The Site Leader will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial operations, including Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and partnership skills to drive operational efficiency and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the GBS Shared Services team in Cebu, ensuring alignment with Company & GBS goals and objectives.Report to Vice President - Global Business Services as the Site Leader. Lead the local GBS management team in implementation, operations, and process improvement.Provide overall oversight, direction, and support for all GBS functions in Cebu, managing centralized functions as needed.Oversee financial operations, including Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of shared services.Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet operational needs.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial operations, with strong exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Experience managing teams of 8 to 20 FTEs for a minimum of 5-7 years.Proven project leadership experience in a shared services or similar environment. Experience with US multi-nationals a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
