Job Summary
The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service
Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
? Provides technical support to sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall
goals/objectives of the company.
? Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus.
