Field Technician - 2 Years Experience - Printer Trouble Shooting

Qualifications: A graduate of at least two (2) year Computer / Electronic courses or any equivalent coursesExperience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus factorHas strong customer service orientationHas valid Professional Driver's license to drive motorcycle and/or 4-wheeled vehiclesPreferably male ,Dependable , trustworthy and loyal
Job Summary
The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service
Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
? Provides technical support to sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall
goals/objectives of the company.
? Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus.
