Field Service Technician

Be part of our Company here at Mighty Lynx Solutions Inc. We are looking for a Field Service Technician who will be assigned to project sites.

Qualification: Preferably with own motorcycleTech-Vocational in a relevant field (such as Electronics, project design, or a related field)Experience in a technical support role, preferably in an after-sales capacity Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively. Job Description: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in personDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to our productsPerform repairs and replacements of defective partsProvide guidance and assistance to customers in resolving technical issuesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions providedProvide feedback to the management team on product performance and customer feedbackParticipate in the development of technical support materials such as user manuals, training materials, and troubleshooting guides
