Partner with the best You will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products
As a Field service engineer, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining repair, and install industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as: X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and high-end PC's. Providing customers with technical support via phone and onsite service Being timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements. Being Responsible for driving customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards. Monitoring site safety during work scope execution. Having an ability to travel overnight approximately 70% of the time. Carrying out the duties assigned in a compliant manner with integrity Fuel your passion Have an engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or equivalent Have at least 6 years of previous experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment. Have a strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Have an ability in diagnosing electronic hardware problems, mechanical problems with CNC table, software troubleshooting in a windows-based environment. Have a strong Computer skill with familiarity Windows and MS Office products Have an ability to read/understand schematics and use oscilloscopes/digital multi-meters. Have fundamental electronics and/or mechanical trouble shooting skills. Etc.
