Field Service Engineer

The role will be responsible for monitoring product and technical information, managing field quality issues and technical reports, overseeing recall campaigns, ensuring new vehicle model compliance (including static and dynamic testing), conducting technical reporting training, and addressing dealers' technical inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Auto Engineering & Technology.2-3 years in automotive dealership or service industry.In-depth understanding of vehicle systems, servicing, and repairs.Experience in product evaluation and technical/market report writing.Ability to analyze operational data, identify issues, and suggest improvements.Familiar with automotive dealership warranty policies and procedures.Strong communication skills with all organizational levels.Basic accounting and math skills.Experience in management planning and control.
