Field Service Assistant

Key Task Responsibilities

Handles water and wastewater sampling activities
Prepare equipment and materials needed for sampling
Responsible for completeness of the work base from the daily itinerary
Responsible for on-time delivery of test results
Coordinate with client contact person on site
Fill up request for water and wastewater test form
Fill up Service Invioce form
Ensure the integrity of sample during sampling and transport
Report all work-related issues to superior
Responsible for vehicle maintenance
Performs other related duties that may be required
Qualifications:

Under graduate or Highschool graduate

With Professional Drivers license ( Restriction 1 & 2)

Can drive manual and automatic four wheels vehicle

With Good moral character and good communication skills

Preferably within the area of Calamba City, Laguna
