JOB SUMMARY
The District Sales Supervisor is responsible for the 100% achievement of district sales target, expansion of district assignment by increasing number of buying accounts, implement product mix selling of both manufactured & distributed products through professional sales techniques and long- term customer relationship.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree Graduate of any Four year's course
• With selling experience in construction related products is an advantage
• Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware stores) is an advantage
• Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
• Willing to do Full-time field works and knows how to drive
• Preferably at least two (2) years supervisory experience in Marketing / Brand or Sales environment
• Articulate how he/she does sales management
