We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of drainage systems and formworks in construction projects. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively communicate product benefits and provide solutions tailored to our client needs.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors.Promote and sell pipes for drainage systems and plastic boards as alternatives to plyboard and phenolic boards.Provide technical consultation and support to clients on the proper usage of pipes and formworks in construction projects.Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure product integration into client specifications.Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and technical documentation to stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company's sales goals.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role, preferably in the construction materials industry.In-depth knowledge of drainage systems and formworks in construction.Proven track record of sales success in a similar role, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex product specifications.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project site visits.Working LocationGovernment Mandated Benefits
