Job descriptionThe Field Sales Associates shall be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the flow of the company's services and products ("RE BAJAJ") to the clients up to release. The Field Sales Associates shall be reporting directly to the Credit Operation Manager. To reach his/her goal, the Field Sales Associates must be able to handle the following day-to-day duties.Duties/Responsibilities: Field Sales AssociatesEnsures that assigned area or field is covered for all sales activities (house visit, collect applications and TODA visit)Serves as the contact person for prospective clients;Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features;Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;Has knowledge of products to be offered and discussed available options;Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;Build productive trust relationships with customers;Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design);Prepare day-to-day reports, trackers and logs relative to all sales activity performed for the dayWork closely with Credit Operations Department to ensure proper and prompt updates on sales activitiesOther tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Preferred Qualifications:At least High School graduate or college level;At least 1-2 years' experience as sales staffHas a valid driver's licenseCan drive and has his/her own MotorcycleProven work experience as a Sales Specialist or similar roleSolid communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focusAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely mannerWilling to work on weekends if necessary
