Field Sales Agent

Sales Representative at PowerTrac Cebu is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers and clients. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting product features, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and prospect potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of products or services.Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of the customer.Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.Close sales deals and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on post-sale satisfaction.Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals. EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
