Field Sales Agent

Job Summary:
A Field Sales Agent is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients by promoting and selling products or services directly to customers in a specific geographic area. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, with a keen ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new clients through face-to-face sales management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations, explain features, and address customer inquiries to provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing, prepare sales contracts, and process orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within a defined territory.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle rejection professionally.
Must be willing to travel extensively within Metro Manila.
Owns a motorcycle is an advantage.
