**JOB SUMMARY**:
Assists in the mitigation of the effects of COVID-19 particularly in TB Case Finding, MDRTB and TB-HIV activities, monitoring and reporting
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**
1.
Assists RHU and serve as augmentation staff during ACF/ICF activities (as needed)
2.
Ensures all Presumptive TB Individuals (X-Ray positives, symptomatic) from ACF/ICF activities are referred and tested in the nearest RTDL sites; and initiated for treatment if necessary
3.
Assists Program Officer (PO) in the collection of monthly updates and reports from the ACF/ICF Activities (number of TB presumptive tested, diagnosed and notified);
4.
Submits collected reports on time to the RPOs and POs for consolidation;
5.
Coordinates and validates with STCs the prompt referral of RRTB cases reported by RHU and Jail/Prison facilities
6.
Assists Program Officer in tracking PICT implementation by providing facility level updates and reports
7.
Monitors and assists in contact tracing activities of community volunteers and ensure timely reporting of TPT enrolment;
8.
Participates in team and partner meetings as needed
9.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES**
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree in any health allied program/course
**Experience**:Preferably with clinical experience in a public or private health care facility.
Experience with NGOs particularly in heath project implementation, field monitoring, community development and community organizing is a plus.
**Other / Special Skills**:
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Knowledgeable and familiar with technical, clinical and operational aspects of the NTP, particularly on DOTS.
Knowledgeable in facilitating meetings, workshops and planning.
**Salary**: Php27,000.00 per month
