Field Operations Specialist - Cms (Wfh)

Job Title: Field Operations Specialist - CMS
Contract Duration: 12 months (subject for extension/absorption/regularization)
Work Arrangement: WFH
Shift Schedule: Primary shift is 11AM - 8PM but may be asked to work in the 6AM -3PM shift from time to time based on business need.
Salary Offer: Php35,000 - Php50,000


Responsibilities

The scope of work is to the support of the Cloud Migration Simulation lab. This would be expanding Shared Services team to continue to perform the same functions, but allow for more partners to take the class. Deliverables for the CMS include:

Data Cleanup
URL validation
Final Grading of partners simulation
Submitting reports per class on overall and individual performance
Answering tickets submitted by Company Partners as it relates to their CMS.
This role would require you to be amenable to work in the APAC and/or EMEA hours.

Qualifications

Customer service background
You must have experience in managing LMS
You can manage high-volume and demands.
You are able to shift from one function to another with relative ease and proficiency
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
You have demonstrated talent at inspiring change from customer feedback.
Familiarity and experience using Service Desk tools.
