Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies including merchandising, promotions, and advertising.Assist in creating and executing promotional and advertising campaigns tailored to market needs.Collaborate with Sales to plan and coordinate marketing programs and promotions.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support marketing requirements.Create programs that ensure product success in the market.Plan and manage activities and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Maintain and consolidate industry trend analysis.Gather client feedback on program effectiveness and suggest improvements.Monitor and endorse Marketing Scoresheets of Trade Programs.Organize and execute webinars and training sessions for trade partners.Assist with B2B and marine marketing initiatives.Work within the provided budget to achieve marketing goals.Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior. Qualifications: BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.At least 1 years marketing experience or 2 years of related sales experience.Passion for excellence, innovative thinking, integrity, creativity, and environmental consciousness.Strong initiative, influencing skills, time management, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and digital/social media marketing.Strong marketing planning and execution abilities.Exceptional customer relationship management and effective communication skills.Basic selling skills.Must have a driving license and own a motorcycle.
