Responsibilities:
1. Conduct field visits to debtors' locations.
2. Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions.
4. Provide professional and empathetic customer service.

Qualifications:
- own a driver's license and motorcycle
- Knowledge of debt collection laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Willingness to travel.
