Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring health programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of local population in Basilan. Assist the preparation and support in coordination of health-related activities in alignment with the agreed purpose, scope and workplan, as guided by the HSS National Health Officer. Support in ensuring proper and regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders such as health and non-health government partners, local Civil Society Organizations, community leaders, youth and private sectors in Basilan. Manage data collection records and support in drafting monthly status reports, correspondence, briefing notes, presentations, and other forms of documentation related to the health programming. Perform various administrative and clerical tasks such as preparing the necessary activity logistic arrangements and requests such as documents, materials and resources for the smooth execution of activities and office functions in the province, as guided by the HSS National Health Officer and Field Coordination Assistant Lead. Support community engagement processes such as monitoring, consultations, focus groups discussions, information campaigns, surveys, mapping, trainings, and activities, with guidance from National Health Officers. Respond to general information requests and inquiries and ensure adherence to IOM's protocols such as visibility, data protection, and PSEA. Undertake duty travels in support of the programme.
