Home and business visits of clientsReports to Collection Head or Collection Assistant business status, whereabouts and neighborhood feedback of clientsServe demand letterNegotiate and persuade clientUtilize various means and resources of skip tracing to locate client.Encourage clients to use online payment instead of cash collectionPick up postdated checks and ensuring that the checks has no erasures or over writing.Escalate daily activities to Head Office
