It's essential for us to embody the core of our brand name BillEase, a combination of "bill" and "ease," pronounced bilis, which means speed or swiftness in Filipino.Discover more about us here: https://billease.ph/about-usThe RoleLead and motivate a team of Field Collectors, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching and development, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to the Cebu City market.Oversee the daily activities of your team, monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help your team members excel.Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a professional and timely manner.Analyze and report on team performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to collections.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Training, Operations) to ensure a seamless collection process.Represent BillEase professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.The Ideal CandidateMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a collections supervisor or leadership role.Proven track record of success in achieving collections targets.Strong understanding of the collections industry and relevant regulations in the Philippines.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Familiarity with Cebu City, Lapu Lapu, and Mandaue areas (a plus).Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
