Field Buyer

**Responsibilities**
- Securing a Stock Requisition Form
- Researching, selecting and purchasing quality materials
- Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities and delivery timescales
- Arranging transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
- Identifying the organizations purchasing needs
- Handles all the release of the items/raw materials
- Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of items
- Updating inventory and managing stock levels
- Monitoring the stock quality
- Prepares assessment report
- Physical/actual counting to all raw materials at the warehouse
- Responsible for weekly inventory for the fast moving materials
- Responsible for checking the conditions of tools and machinery

**Qualifications**
- Preferably with 1 year experience in related field
- Has good communication skills/Interpersonal skills, particularly in negotiating
- Keen attention to details

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Antipolo City, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
