**Job Specification**:
Perform field audit procedures per assigned project, as follows (assignment: Region X, XI, XIII projects):
- Operations Audit_
- The field auditor observes the actual day-to-day activities of process owners per assigned projects
- Conduct interviews and walkthrough to test the compliance of the Company's policies and procedures
- Performs procedures to identify possible theft and/or pilferage
- Document the procedures and internal controls tested for the project site.
- Inventory count procedures_
- Performs actual inventory count procedures together with the assigned warehouseman of the project
- Compares actual inventory count results with the stock card of each item counted.
- Reconcile any discrepancies noted.
- Personnel count_
- Account for all personnel assigned to a certain project
- Ensure proper timekeeping of employees
- Compare results with the HR records.
- Fixed asset count_
- Performs actual fixed asset count together with the equipment checker of the project
- Ensure proper monitoring of diesel levels for service vehicles and equipment.
Inventory of accountable forms:
- Check completeness and validity of the project's accountable forms
- Review completeness of the day-to-day issuances of accountable forms
- Transmittal of documents issued to the main office for recording.
- Petty cash fund count and reconciliation_
- Conduct interviews and walk through to test the compliance of the Company's policies and procedures
- Document the procedures and internal controls tested for the project site
- Report and document findings and issues noted
- The field auditor prepares a memorandum report on the findings, issues, and any theft or pilferage noted during the audit, addressed to the accountable persons and the processes involved.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be a college graduate preferably BS in Accountancy.
- Preferably with at least 6 months work related experience.
- Must have a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Must be able to communicate well.
- Must have a strong decision making skills.
- Possesses good moral character.
- Can work under pressure.
- Possesses good judgment and decision making skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Region 10, 11 and 13 projects.
