AGE LIMIT: Minimum of 35 years of age
JOB PURPOSE: Report directly to the Sr. HR-Admin Manager; Execute HR work in all facets of HR: recruitment, training, benefits administration, payroll administration, records management, employee relations and performance management

- Graduate of Psychology and/or Business Management
- Work experience: 10 years in related field
- With at least 5 years' work experience in a Japanese company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Sound MS Office knowledge and computer literacy
