JOB PURPOSE: Report directly to the Sr. HR-Admin Manager; Execute HR work in all facets of HR: recruitment, training, benefits administration, payroll administration, records management, employee relations and performance management

Graduate of Psychology and/or Business ManagementWork experience: 10 years in related fieldWith at least 5 years' work experience in a Japanese companyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent people skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsGood organizational skills and attention to detailsSound MS Office knowledge and computer literacy
