SALARY RANGE: To be discussed | Depends on the skills & experiencesWORK LOCATION: Quezon City | Near Quezon City Hall and Quezon Memorial CircleWORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Every Other Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMGENDER PREFERENCE: Female- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, and/or Behavioral Science- CHRP (Certified HR Professional), preferably with masteral units- With at least five (5) years solid experience in Human Resources - Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll, & BenefitsAdministration and Labor Relations- Knowledgeable in ALL HR facets (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations (Legal), Employee Engagements, and other ISO requirements)- Effective oral and written communication skills- Critical thinking skills- Ethical conduct and professional behavior- Outstanding interpersonal skill- Excellent time management skills and setting priorities- Policy formulation and implementation- Empathetic Skills- Inspiring and motivational- Great planning and organizational skills- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge- Anticipating and responding quickly to problems- Values promoter- In-depth data-driven evaluation and report analysis- Knowledgeable in job portal utilization- Project Management- Coaching and mentoring- Solid decision-making skills- Conflict resolution and counseling
