HR and Training Manager(Kalayaan, Quezon City)Handles and manages all HR functions, assists top management in policy-making and strategic planning, and contributes to achieving company goals by meeting KPI targets, managing projects and tasks on time, and adhering to reporting requirements, company guidelines, and core values.Qualifications:• Female• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.• CHRP (Certified HR Professional) certification, preferably with master's units.• At least 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources.• Proficient in all HR functions.Salary: Depends on skills and experience.Work Location: Kalayaan, Quezon CityWork Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8-6 pm, Fridays 8-5 pm, every other Saturday 8-5 pm
