WORK LOCATION: Quezon City | Preferably resident of Quezon City or surrounding areas or localitiesSALARY BUDGET: ?19,000 - ?20,000 | Depends on the Work Experience/s- Preferably FEMALE- A Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or Business- At least 2 years of experience as HR / Admin Supervisor- With experience dealing with lawyers, recruitment agencies, prospective suppliers, health care provider (HMO), Local Government Agencies- With knowledge of HR functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development)- Must be knowledgeable in processing permits from LGU agencies- Familiar with computers, systems, and connections- With understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures- With outstanding organizational and time-management abilities- With excellent English communication skill (written and verbal)- With interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels- With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude- With strong ethics and reliability- Potential to handle a leadership role
