Fast Food Chain Manager

* Handle upcoming business like billboards, massage parlors, beauty clinics, coffee project, and etc.
* Expands food groups such as Jollibee & Chowking
* Expands FFI concepts such as Dohtonbori, Karayama, and the Boiling Crab
* Facilitate water and soda distribution projects.
* Review the lease terms and conditions of various lessors.
* Negotiate with the lessors the rates of the upcoming businesses and the renewal rates of existing properties.
* Coordinate with the lessors of any concerns/requests on the property.
* Monitors the development of the projects ensuring they are being targeted.
* Coordinates and supports various Bus on concerns about technical matters, resolves various Lessor-Lessee concerns & vice versa swiftly.
Leasing Responsibilities:
* Maintain occupancy rate of the Time Square Davao.
* Scouts perspective tenants and prepare lease proposals.
* Negotiate with the incoming and renewing tenants.
* Make recommendations to improve property Financials and ROI.
* Identifies market needs and trends to incorporate with the properties being handled.
* Safe keep the contracts of the properties and communication with the property lessors.
