Leasing Responsibilities: Maintain occupancy rate of the Time Square Davao.Scouts perspective tenants and prepare lease proposals.Negotiate with the incoming and renewing tenants.Make recommendations to improve property Financials and ROI.Identifies market needs and trends to incorporate with the properties being handled.Safe keep the contracts of the properties and communication with the property lessors.
