Failure Analysis Technician

Ensures Daily Control at assigned area

Ø Machine controls are set properly according to standard requirements

Ø Only good materials are being present at production area

Ø Correct and approved standard work instructions are posted on the line.
2.
Conducts set-up, repair on units, tools and equipment.
Updates charts to monitor its performance.
3.
Develop, record and perform various failure analysis on systems and components to identify root cause.Reads circuit schematics and layouts, and applies failure analysis procedures to identify the failure location and the root causes (troubleshooting capability)

4.
Develops proficiency in operating FA and repair tools (X-ray, Ersa, BGA Rework, Hot bath and Hot Air etc.)
5.
Conducts improvement activities related to Failure Analysis as instructed by immediate superior, provides information for activity and skill advancement.
6.
Follows, implements and maintains the Quality Management, Environmental Management and Safety policies and procedures of the company.
Ensures proper housekeeping within area of responsibility.
**Requirements**:
1.
Vocational / Technical or Engineering Graduate

2.
Related experience or one-year experience is advantage.
3.
Computer literate.
4.
Attentive, hard working and must have strong personality

5.
Can work with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
