Failure Analysis Engineer

Graduate of any of the following Engineering programs (Electronics and Communications Engineering or Computer Engineering)

- With experience in SMT process.
- Able to evaluate electrical, thermal and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, components and sub- components and systems to determine root cause failure

- Can analyze failure reports and recommend corrective action to prevent re-occurrence of problem
