Failure Analysis Engineer

DIRECT HIRING! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
4.1. Responsible in monitoring and analyzing production yield and defect rate performance.
4.2. Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of the defect / issue.
4.3. Identify failed elements encountered at production line through a hands-on analysis.
4.4. Provide root cause analysis report or evaluation report regarding the defect or quality issue encountered.
4.5. Report to production supervisor for the concluded analysis and sustainable solutions for corrective actions
4.6. Collaborate with production leaders, maintenance technician and engineers on the execution and result of corrective actions
effectiveness.
4.7. Attends as instructed by the Supervisor for the regular quality meeting.
4.8. Conduct routine checks on systems to avoid failures.
4.9. Recommends analyzed production line method and process improvement such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality,
reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
4.10. Lead risk assessment related to production SOP, quality, health & safety standards.
4.11. Train and assist newly hired Failure Analysis Technician.
4.12. Implement 5S at all times.
4.13. Promotes good work environment / culture in the production team.
4.14. Perform other activities assigned by immediate superior.
