*With 3 years' experience in plastic injection manufacturing firm.
*With basic supervisory skill, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
*High communication and presentation skills, mentally and physically fit.
*With strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures and adding failure analysis reporting.
*With Super mental and analytical ability and problem-solving techniques.
*With knowledge in FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, Kaizen and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
