Delivers documents and other items to clients.Collects accounts receivable and issues corresponding Official Receipt.Performs general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines, or running errands such as reproducing or photocopying forms.Makes urgent purchases upon instructions of FAD Manager.Records information, such as client's addresses and other data often used in the day-to-day transactions.Prepare summary of itinerary in the day-to-day basis to determine all their assignments to be accomplish.Follows organization's guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.Performs other job-related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
