Responsibilities
Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team membersRun routine maintenance inspectionsMonitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservationPrepare and implement project budgets and timeframesComply with all health and safety policies and proceduresSupport maintenance and installment work as needed
Skills and qualifications
Basic Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with license.With at least five years relevant maintenance experience.Above average oral, written communication and presentation skill.Adept in planning & strategic execution of multiple projects.Able to analyze problems for better solutions.Knowledgeable on layout and working drawing analysisCan remotely manage construction.Coordinates equipment repair or replacement to ensure reliability and compliance of the facilityStrong on knowledge of EHS issues and regulatory framework.Provide assistance and advise on EHS issues to make recommendations to facility management.Comply with all Company and EHS procedure and policies.With passport is an advantage.Willing to travel.Eloquently and fluently in English Language.
