Facility Manager

Responsibilities
• Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members
• Run routine maintenance inspections
• Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
• Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
• Support maintenance and installment work as needed
Skills and qualifications
* Basic Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with license.
* With at least five years relevant maintenance experience.
* Above average oral, written communication and presentation skill.
* Adept in planning & strategic execution of multiple projects.
* Able to analyze problems for better solutions.
* Knowledgeable on layout and working drawing analysis
* Can remotely manage construction.
* Coordinates equipment repair or replacement to ensure reliability and compliance of the facility
* Strong on knowledge of EHS issues and regulatory framework.
* Provide assistance and advise on EHS issues to make recommendations to facility management.
* Comply with all Company and EHS procedure and policies.
* With passport is an advantage.
* Willing to travel.
* Eloquently and fluently in English Language.
