- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineer
- Licensed Civil Engineer and/or Mechanical Engineer
- 1 year of work experience as Facility Maintenance / Management or Coordination
- Has a background in construction design and electrical engineering
- Knowledgeable in Electrical
- Understanding of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Understanding of Fire and Detection Alarm System (FDAS)
- Handle, monitor and upkeep multiple properties
- Knowledgeable in construction projects and project management
- Highly analytical
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and technical skills
