FACILITY ENGINEER 2 (EM)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a licensed Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

With at least three (3) years continuous hands on working experience in the installation, operation and maintenance of facilities utilities equipment

Technically knowledgeable of major energy-consuming utilities equipment or system (i.e.
genset, air compressors, chillers, AHU, etc.
Work experience in handling or leading an energy utilization efficiency or conservation team is a plus

With experience to lead a team for any improvement projects/ measures/ quality.
Knowledgeable to

use of some problem-solving tools/techniques.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the energy consumption of facility, equipment and other consuming machines

Lead the implementation and improvement of energy effeciency measures

Conduct of energy regular audit as DOE Requirement

Preparation and regular review of periodic energy consumption and energy conservation program reports

Handle and support the installation, operation and maintenance of utilities equipment

Must pass the DOE/DOE accredited institution certification to become a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) as the DOE requirement for Type-2 Designated establishment (DE).
